Might as well — for a laugh (at the fuckwits)

by Will, 7 March 2008

What a crock of shit.

A ‘diamond geezer’ is shorthand in the area where I’m from for a cockney wanker — who invariably is a thief, liar, drug dealer or all of the aforementioned (and worse). Dozy, clueless, cockney fucking wankers.

It would help matters greatly if there was a point to the thick, posh St Andrews University graduate (not even having a railway station piece of shit university, fly in on daddy’s helicopter, just like Prince William, pretend to be East-European, for cachet’s sake bullshit artist cunt) going twat’s drivel of a ‘post’ but I suppose you have to deal with what is presented to you in some respects.

Fuck — what a chore.

OK then…where understanding or agreement is not possible, one must withdraw from “logical argument” and resort to irony or silence or abuse.

The most ironic irony of the situation at that blog in particular is the refusal of ‘professional’ semi-half ‘intellectuals’ who make up its personnel and commenter scum visitors (not me you note — I don’t visit and certainly don’t comment) to recognize the non-identity of their own specialised being.

They don’t learn, they won’t learn, they can’t learn. The imbeciles and cretins can only exercise tongue muscles inside their cheeks when speaking to like minded brethren or doing the same inside the cheeks of the latest guru arsehole and philistine to have a web presence while typing at their keypad.

Transgression and/or contrariness is not simply a departure from the past — and is certainly not a departure from thinking — both are an invitation to thoughtfulness. That is the way difficult questions come to the fore (and get answers — physical or mental) — not by some reified claptrap or new founded subjectivism based on the needy yearnings of some pseudo-Nietzschean philosphy, whose biological units of excretion mirror the modern survivalist in a log cabin who challenges nothing but mosquitoes and midges. Why are they so afraid of life, that they confine others to an externalized prison? Fuck noes — liberal scum never fail to amaze…

Yes — I’m ‘disrespecting’ you fucking dead muttering, zombie, depressing pseudo-social-discourse loving twats. A good thing all round I reckon.

Next!

Update: here’s the fucking update here

Rejection and elimination

by hakmao, 7 March 2008

The last thing to do when feeling a bit tired and wrung out, is venture any opinion about Israel, Palestine, prospects for resolution, the continuing objective collusion between rejectionists and eliminationists to poison all attempts at negotiated settlemment–the whole furball. Most recently there has been the appalling Israeli assault on Gaza, which has had the predictable–and desired by Hamas–result of killing and maiming Palestinian civilians. Provoking a response is the reason Hamas and others fire rockets into Israel in the first place–to build the party. Of course the kassams are dangerous–they cause damage and the occasional ‘golden BB’ causes serious injury or even less frequently death–however a truly radical response, in an area where there is a surfeit of testosterone on both sides, to these largely impotent pinpricks would be ridicule, or perhaps some amateur rocketry agitprop.

And now today, the Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva in Jerusalem was attacked and several students and the gunman (or gunmen) killed. The target choice was not random–the Yeshiva is a centre of the ‘religious-nationalist’ rightwing ’settler’ movement: my country right or wrong. Students from the Yeshiva are already accusing (former PM and Foreign Minister) President Shimon Peres of placing the rifle in the assailant’s hands*, while the Israeli right wing press are referring to the dead man as a ‘Palestinian Authority terrorist’ (http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/125487).

Reject -> Eliminate -> Reject -> Eliminate -> Reject -> Eliminate -> …

* The implication here is that this is a direct result of allowing Arab Israelis–ie Israeli citizens–to enlist in the IDF or police.

Fighting back

by Gadgie, 7 March 2008

After a day of international action to call for the release of the jailed Iranian trade unionists, Mansour Osanloo and Mahmoud Salehi, the latest email update gives heartening news of support in the Middle East:

(1) In Tunis, all transport workers unions demonstrated in front of the Iranian embassy and delivered their protest letter. A press conference was held during the day. Mukhtar Hilli, President of the Transport Federation in Tunisia called on all members of the Federation to participate in the campaign and urged them to stand in solidarity with their brothers and sisters in Iran.

(2) In Jordan, activists from road and air transport unions, including the women committee, protested in front of the Iranian Embassy in Amman and displayed the campaign stickers in Arabic and Persian.

(3) All transport unions in Morocco (UMT) met and sent representatives to the Iranian Embassy to protest and demand the release of Mansour Osanloo.

(4) In Yemen, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Lebanon, the ITF unions sent letters to the Iranian President and the Embassies in the respective countries.

Civil society is alive in the Arab world, collective and class interests can still pose an alternative to the politics of religious identity. Here is the real resistance to Islamism. Heartening news indeed.
