Two sides to every Sharia

Reem, a commentator at the BBC’s Have you Say page, points out a cultural difference to a brainless liberal with funny clothes on the issue of Sharia law.

I am a muslim woman and I say “No, No, No!” No way!

Whereas Nas, presumably male, notes a similar cultural difference from a different perspective:

i just would like people to read about islam before they jump to conclusions there are aspects within islam which would be very benfical to the british people such as divorce laws in britian a divorce case can take months or even years wheras in islam a simple verdict by the shariah court and thats the end of that, yes we do live in a western culture and we should obey the rules but that doesnt mean that we should keep quiet when there are aspects which can improve peace out people
