Drink-Soaked Trot is “nerdy warmongering cyberbully” shock!

by Jura Watchmaker, 14 November 2007

A Google Alert in my mailbox reveals that fascist blogger and occasional Grauniad contributor Neil Clark has responded to recent critics. See the comments following that post and not the main text itself, from which all references to the odious creature have been expunged. I will not link directly to Clark’s website, in the same way I wouldn’t link to the BNP site.

The apologist for Serbian war criminals and election candidate for the nationalist-socialist “British People’s Alliance” refers to me as a “nerdy warmongering cyberbully”, and those who agree with my criticism of Clark over at Liberal Conspiracy as my “blackshirted chums”. How ironic. Clark has never been known for the eloquence of his prose, and as for the “nerdy” tag, I assume this is due to me being a science journalist by trade. How original.

Neil Clark: not nice, and very, very dim.

Neil Clark’s politics are deeply odious, but I have to admit that I find him somewhat amusing. Here’s a man so dim that he tried to converse with a spambot.

In any case, Neil Clark, in winning the UK Blog of the Year award, “handed out an enormous and humiliating defeat to the warmongers”, which means that in the next few days we’re going to see the trials of Tony Blair, George Bush, and a complete and immediate withdrawal from Iraq.

Yes, that was an interesting variation on the Turing Test.

  4. Gadgie

Even Hundal called him an idiot - says it all fellow blackshirts.

  5. Eric

What a completely pointless award. It should be the award for the blog with readers with nothing better to do than vote multiple times.

  6. unaha-closp

Blackshirts clash with blue & white Kifuya, suggest using a pastel toned shirt instead.

    Did someone mention Blackshirts?

The Observer, in its article on March 20 1932, hinted that attacks on Hitler’s anti-semitism exaggerated the danger, adding: “It must not be forgotten that the major part of the German Republican Press is in Jewish hands.”

  9. Duct

Clark’s apologia for Serbian ethnic cleansing was more than a little reminiscent of the pro Nazi propoganda made by the British Stalinist Party during the years of the Hitler Stalin pact.

What a thoroughly unpleasant little fucker he is.

In more positive news, Neo-Nazis recently prevented from marching on Jewish Quarter in Prague:

Cyberbully? Fuck off — according to certain fuckwitted pigdogfuckfaces that’s my job anyway. Do not step on my toes comrade Sedgey.

I see that Oliver Kamm has offered his comments over at Liberal Conspiracy.

Much as it pains me to agree with Oliver of Hove, I must in this case support what he writes about Neil Clark. All I would add is that Clark’s knowledge of pretty much everything is vanishing small. But that is, of course, no impediment to popularity. Just look at Jordan and Peter, for example.

Even among the most stupid people in the public eye one finds individuals who know when to withdraw from the limelight. Or at least their PR advisors do. Maybe Mr Clark should retain the services of Max Clifford, because by golly he is in serious need of an image makeover. My advice to him would be to avoid dark clothing, and keep the Serbian turbofolk out of the earshot of decent folk.

Attempting to draw conclusions about the morality of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki without any consideration of comparable activites equally/more costly in civilian casualties and equally known beforehand to be certain to cause them, like the previous bombing to ashes of every other large city in Japan, is decentism at its finest.

And I’d like to finish with a premptive retaliation on Will; Fuck you too, you useless Geordie gobshite

I would keep it as a badge of honor…

Comment left over at my gaffe by “The Exile”, otherwise known as Neil Clark’s logistics manager:

“Yeah, you’ve now published this in at least three different fora - what’s up, defeat getting to you?

Iraq? British troops defending the airport, waiting to come home. No joy there.

Collaborators? Waiting for the chop. No home for them in the UK, thus no face saver for types like you. Even less joy there.

Then Neil Clark wins the Best UK Blog Award. Dear, oh dear. Life is really joyless for types these days, isn’t it?

You must be feeling like dogshit. Guess what? That’s what you are, loser.”

Here’s another recent example of the wisdom of “The Exile”:

“If Serbia gets the green light from Russia then her army will march back into Kosovo and the warmongers will do nothing. They are not going to fight a world war over a bunch of Albanian pimps and drug dealers.

“Is it too fanciful to suggest that a turning point has been reached, and that globalised capitalism will soon be in full retreat? If so, then that obviously does not mark a final victory for labour over capital, but it is a small step on the road.

A defeat for the class enemy is a victory for us, comrades.”

This blog just gets better and better.

Eamon: Attempting to draw conclusions about the morality of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki without any consideration of comparable activites equally/more costly in civilian casualties and equally known beforehand to be certain to cause them, like the previous bombing to ashes of every other large city in Japan, is decentism at its finest.

Now extend this logic forward having read Mr. Kamm’s descriptions of the projected casualties for all involved that would have resulted from a land invasion of Japan.

    Don’t Forget Burma
    by Sunny Hundal

The Burma Campaign UK have launched Don’t Forget Burma, for self-explanatory reasons. They say: “We have created this site so people can upload messages showing that they haven’t forgotten Burma. … We’d love it if you could have a look at the site and submit a photo of yourself holding up a message showing that you haven’t forgotten Burma.” Spread the word.”

    http://www.liberalconspiracy.org/2007/11/14/dont-forget-burma/

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha — what was i saying the other day? You know? The internet being the future? Gaaaawwwd. Liberalism is doomed beyond repair.

I had started to become worried about Burma but can now rest easy given this International solution.

  23. hakmao

This from the same clowns who complained ‘if they care about Burma so much, why don’t they know it’s called Myanmar?’

Apparently calling it ‘Burma’ is taking a ‘political position’, and using ‘Myanmar’ indicates a ‘neutral’ non-political position. Yeah.

  24. Oliver Kamm

What a convivial place this is - and I see you also have the recurring problem of the antisemitic commenter whom Harry’s Place wisely banned after some years.

Clearly Francis is correct about Neil Clark. But I don’t blame Sunny for being unwilling to carry on his blog my own observations about Neil Clark’s knowledge and probity. It is a serious matter to accuse someone of deliberate lying to a newspaper and fakery on Wikipedia to try to cover up his misrepresentation of source material in another newspaper. I recount Clark’s conduct with confidence because I have the proof of it. My criticism of Sunny is that he describes as “mudslinging” an issue that is very much in the public interest, namely the accuracy of Clark’s sources and his campaign to suppress that information. No one else is obliged to carry that story, which I shall detail (having held much of it back) on my site; all that matters to me is that Clark’s attempt to use legal threats to cover up his misrepresentation and dishonesty was defeated.

  25. Will

“What a convivial place this is”

We like to go for an ‘equal opportunities’ approach here Kammo. Don’t take it personally.

  26. hakmao

How do you improve on perfection?

Liberal C*nspiracy gets better. The Kamminator asked for his comment to be removed because it had been edited. Now, in response to that request, Hundal has edited him again … while comments made by a Nazi are left unmolested.

    Liberals eh?

  27. hakmao

BTW, Oliver, best of luck in Wantage.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/7095209.stm

I suppose we can look forward to a CiF piece in the next few days gloating over the 40 women murdered by (heroic, can’t-be-too-choosy-’bout-da-resistance) rival Shia Militias in Basra that simultaneously gloats ‘none of this happened before!’ whilst also urging British troops to intervene more forthrightly in Basra whilst not intefering and to withdraw immediately.

So is this a prelude to an appearance by this blogger chappie on Question Time or something?

  29. Barbara Meinhoff

And- HEY - don’t let us go sneering at valiant Sunny Hundal’s latest project, right:

Yep, and it’s a good thing. Predictability in ones enemy leads you to victory.

    WOOOAAAARRRRGH!

  30. Jura Watchmaker

Via Richard Sanderson I learn that Clark is blowing his own trumpet over at Comment is Free.

I seriously thought that the noisome one would for at least a short time keep a low profile following the treatment he received here and elsewhere. And now Oliver Kamm has issued another (n)000 damning words on the subject of Mr Clark and his pathetic attempts to silence critics with threats of legal action.

Clark will remain in the background, and leave it up to his logistics manager Ken Bell (aka “Exile”) to deal with, I thought to myself. But no, I’ve once again underestimated the utter stupidity of the man.

  31. hakmao

Middle class, male and London-based? None of us then. Never worked in financial services, if he is indeed standing for the BPA he’s worse than a Stalinist … and there’s nowt wrong with gay marriage or safe and legal abortions either.

‘The Exile’ and Neil Clark are both adherents of the Strasserite Third Position, exemplified by the National Bolshevik Movement and to a lesser extent the National Front and BNP. Mr Clark, an apologist for Serbian fascism and genocide, is the prospective parliamentary political candidate for the third positionist British People’s Alliance in Wantage, and ‘The Exile’, who was involved in an attempt to form a political alliance with the NF/BNP, socialises with BNP Oldham organiser Mick Treacy when he’s in Britain. They no more represent the mainstream of working class opinion - or any current of European socialism - than does David Cameron.

No need to worry about that. The comment has been deleted. Hurrah for the blackshirts indeed.

Antifaschismus’ 2nd post has also been deleted.

Clark has received congratulations from ‘Inayat’ (Bunglawala) and Berchmans has commended his *brave* piece on the Iraqi Interpreters.

Poor Inayat has a history of ‘wardrobe malfunctions’. The charitably inclined might suppose he has the intellect of a shopping bag. I’m not charitably inclined.
