An example of Bush Derangement Syndrome?
by Will, 24 September 2007
Or a big fucking parody?
I know I’m a Jewish lesbian and he’d probably have me killed. But still, the guy speaks some blunt truths about the Bush Administration that make me swoon…
We certainly live in interesting times.

Will, can you not quit reading revolving head websites such as CiF and the Daily Kos? At least for Ramadan. Trust me; it’ll do you a world of good.

A veritable mine of post fodder tho’ Francis. A fucking goldmine…

That’s not drinking the Flavor Aid — that’s floating in the vat doing backstroke.

A veritable mine of post fodder tho’ Francis. A fucking goldmine…
Nah, I suggest more stories of inter-species love.
Monday 24 September 2007 at 23:13
Fuck.
Now I’ve gone and read the comments.
Oh fuck. We are all doomed.
Doomed I tell ya.

When The Clash sang “If Adolf Hitler flew in today / They’d send a limousine anyway”, they were having a go at the Right, not the Left.
You’re right, we are all doomed.

I am with Francis - Will, I care too much about your well-being. Actually, I care too much about my well-being. Fuck. DOOMED, DOOMED, DOOMED.

When Peter Tatchell had a pop at Ahmadinnerjacket over at CiF last Thursday, he was denounced as a “neo-zio-con cheerleader for Anglo-American imperialist aggression”. By a Canadian, I believe.
It was at this point that something in me snapped, and I vowed to stick instead with BBC news reports of tiger cubs and baby orangutans, and the like. Far more healthy.
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 8:02
‘Futurehuman’s’ rant against Tatch — the ‘zio-con’ — sounds very much like the Canadian whose emails to George Galloway happened to fall into my inbox late last year. CiF should come with a health warning on the wrapper: may contain nuts.
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 9:20
It wasn’t just ‘Futurehuman’, though, was it? Many commenters attacked Tatchell in similar terms. Of course he doesn’t help his case by writing 9/11 ‘discrepancy’ nonsense.
Where have people’s critical faculties gone? Yesterday we saw banners in New York with “Ahmadinejad bad, Bush worse!” and similar. This yesbutism is doing my head in.
It’s getting to the point where a newspaper columnist or high profile political blogger only has to write a single word, such as “Israel” or “religion”, to set the nutters off. They needn’t write any more than that, as the words will be completely ignored. Tatchell can write “No war on Iran”, and he is still accused of being a neocon who would vitrify Tehran.
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 9:36
Just a flippant thought; is a Jewish lesbian leftist writing in praise of Ahmadinejad not just another example of inter-species love?
The orang-utan and tiger picture reminded me of the famous quote from, I think, Martin Luther, to the effect that the lamb cannot lie down with the lion without being frequently replaced. This is rather a nice analogy for all those leftists in alliance with theocracy methinks.
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 9:48
Indeed, Gadgie. As it says on page 4 of the picture story linked above:
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 11:26
Will - that will be probably a first time when a man succeeds to bring off a Jewish lesbian leftist. Should be recorded in the anals…
And I submit that “neo-zio-con cheerleader for Anglo-American imperialist aggression” is a sign of a decadent limpwristed liberal. A real man will say something on the lines of “a Zio Nazi neocon stinking running lackey dog of HitleroChimp genocidal globe-warming oil-stealing aggression”

Folks, it’s not all bad. This is what the Columbia University President had to say to A Mad Dinner Jacket:

It wasn’t just ‘Futurehuman’, though, was it?
I searched for ‘zio’ and ‘Futurehuman’ was first cab off the rank. That was enough.
Tatchell can write “No war on Iran”, and he is still accused of being a neocon who would vitrify Tehran.
Well indeed, it seems people will argue that a cat is a horse in an effort to make events fit into their ideological framework.

I lost you there, Hakmao - the first in line for “zio” google for me was this:

Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 16:29
Sorry Snoop, I meant I followed the Watchmaker’s link and text-searched ‘zio’.
Tuesday 25 September 2007 at 22:40
Not doomed, comrades.
Just pining for the fjords.
Wednesday 3 October 2007 at 14:10
And Iran, I ran so far away.

Damn you Pootergeek — I was just about to post that ‘tube. !
